Delete your Pick Ya Fit account

Pick Ya Fit is made by Three Floors Ventures LLC. You can delete your account and data at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Pick Ya Fit and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject Delete my account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and email you when it's done.

Delete some of your data (keep your account)

• A wardrobe piece: open the piece and tap Remove. Its photos are removed from our storage within minutes.
• A saved look: My Looks → open the look → Delete.
• A Pick Ya Thrift listing: open the piece in your wardrobe and tap Unlist.
• A conversation: open it → Options → Delete conversation (it leaves your inbox; see below for how long messages are kept).
• Fashion Insights: Settings → Privacy → turn it off.
• Anything else: email [email protected] from your sign-in email and tell us what to delete. We handle it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account, name, email and date of birth.
• Your wardrobe photos and details, outfits, looks, style preferences and settings.
• Your Style Me requests and Pick Ya Thrift listings.

What we keep, and for how long

• Pick Ya Thrift messages are kept for one year after the last message, so we can handle disputes and safety reports. A conversation that was reported may be kept longer while we review it.
• Safety reports are kept as long as needed to handle them.
• Records we must keep by law (for example, purchase records kept by Apple or Google) follow their own rules.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. If you have a subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account doesn't cancel it.
